生於香港,梁芷菁2024年畢業於香港浸會大學電影系,現於香港大學社會學科攻讀媒體、文化與創意城市碩士學位,是香港電台第四台週末節目「我哋都係音樂系!」主持人之一。梁氏自小受梁文軒先生啟蒙,隨後師從日本半音階口琴大師和谷泰扶先生。
梁氏在國際口琴賽事中共獲得18項獎項,曾參與多個國際比賽:世界口琴節、亞太口琴節、首爾國際口琴,及台灣口琴音樂節。獎項包括於2025年德國特勞辛根世界口琴節中,獲得二重奏成人組世界冠軍。
在本地口琴比賽中,梁氏獲得超過20項獎項,她自九歲起參與香港校際音樂節口琴賽事,並共獲8項獎項及獎學金,包括於第71屆賽事中奪得「柏斯音樂吹管及敲擊樂獎學金」組別的第三名,成為該項目第一位獲獎的口琴手。
口琴比賽以外,梁氏於2018年參與由南華早報及香港賽馬會舉辦的2018傑出學生年度選舉,並獲選入圍藝術表演範疇的傑出學生。她於2019年更被香港電台獲選為「樂壇新秀2019」之 一,在電台及電視節目中亮相。並於2020年獲得香港特別行政區政府獎學基金 - 才藝發展獎學金。
梁氏現活躍於香港藝術界,專注於藝術行政、音樂教育,及定期演出。
Born in Hong Kong, Steffi Leung Tsz Ching is a graduate of the Academy of Film at the Hong Kong Baptist University in 2024, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Media, Culture and Creative Cities at the University of Hong Kong. Under the tutelage of Leung Man-hin, Leung then enhanced her musical artistry with Japan virtuoso Yasuo Watani. Leung is currently the presenter of RTHK Radio 4’s programme “R4 Music Academy”.
Leung has gained a total of 18 awards in international harmonica competitions, participating in the World Harmonica Festival, Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival, Seoul International Harmonica Festival, and the Taiwan Harmonica Music Competition. Among her accolades, she notably won the World Champion title in the Adult Duet category at the 2025 World Harmonica Festival in Trossingen, Germany.
In local harmonica competitions, Leung has earned over 20 awards. She has been competing in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival since the age of nine, receiving eight prizes and scholarships, including third place in the Parsons Music Woodwind, Brass, and Percussion Scholarship category at the 71st Festival—making her the first harmonica player laureate in that category.
Beyond competitions, Leung took part in the SCMP Student of the Year Awards in 2018, co-organized by the South China Morning Post and the Hong Kong Jockey Club, where she became a finalist in the Performing Arts category. In 2019, she was selected by RTHK as one of the “Young Music Makers 2019”, appearing in various radio and television programmes. Leung also received the HKSAR Government Scholarship Fund - Talent Development Scholarship in 2020.
Leung is currently active in Hong Kong’s arts scene, focusing on arts administration, music education, and regular performances.
