生於2002年，梁芷菁現就讀香港浸會大學電影系四年級，是歷奇口琴隊成員之一。她自小學二年級開始跟隨梁文軒先生學習半音階口琴，近年更有幸數次跟隨日本半音階口琴大師和谷泰扶先生習琴，增進演奏水平。

梁氏在本地口琴比賽中獲得超過20項獎項，她自小四起參與香港校際音樂節口琴賽事，並總共獲得8項口琴獨奏及二重奏項目的獎項及獎學金，其中包括於第71屆香港校際音樂節獲得「柏斯音樂吹管及敲擊樂獎學金」組別的第三名，成為該項目第一位獲獎的口琴手。在國際賽事中，梁氏總共獲得15項獎項，包括世界口琴節，亞太口琴節，及首爾國際口琴，其演奏水平得到評判們的稱讚和肯定。其中包括於2017獲得世界口琴節青少年二重奏亞軍，於2019年獲得首爾國際口琴節高中組獨奏及二重奏雙料冠軍。

除了口琴比賽以外，梁氏於2018年被學校提名，參與由南華早報及香港賽馬會舉辦的2018傑出學生年度選舉，並獲選入圍藝術表演範疇的傑出學生。她於2019年更被香港電台獲選為「樂壇新秀2019」之一，在電台及電視節目中亮相，表現了對音樂的熱誠和對社區的投入，其後更有接受電台和音樂雜誌訪問，及參與電視劇主題曲錄音。

梁氏於2020年於4位00後年青樂手組成「吾聲」，希望能透過凝聚青年力量，利用音樂與香港人連結。專注創作原創音樂，演繹經典名曲及參與多媒體製作。現致力於口琴教育，演出，以及影視製作，並於香港電台第四台主持節目《我哋都係音樂系！》

Born in 2002, Steffi, Leung Tsz Ching is studying Film and TV Concentration at the Hong Kong Baptist University and is a member of the Adventure Harmonica Band. She has been learning chromatic harmonica with Mr. Leung Man Hin since primary two and Mr. Yasuo Watani, a renowned chromatic harmonica player from Japan.

Leung has received over 20 local music awards. She has been participating in different categories of harmonica solo and duet competitions of the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and has won a total of 8 prizes and scholarships. Including the 3rd place in the 71st Hong Kong Schools Music Festival “Parsons Music Scholarship for Wind, Brass and Percussion Instruments” category, she is also the first harmonica player receiving a prize in this category. In international competitions, Leung has received 12 awards, including from the World Harmonica Festival (WHF), Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival, and the Seoul International Harmonica Festival (SIHF). Leung came second in the Duo (Youth) category in the WHF 2017 and was the champion of both Solo and Duet (Middle and High School) category in the 5th SIHF.

Other than participating in local and international music competitions, Leung has been nominated by the school to join the Student of the Year Awards 2018 held by South China Morning Post and The Hong Kong Jockey Club, she was selected to be the shortlisted candidates of the “Performing Artist” category. Moreover, she was chosen by RTHK to be one of the “Young Music Makers 2019”, she has shown her passion for music and devotion to the community through multiple platforms. Leung has also been interviewed by the radio and music magazines and has participated in TV drama soundtrack production.

Leung formed “Sync 5” with 4 other young musicians from the 00 generations. With the collision of young energy, they hope to sync Hong Kong people with music. Focusing on performing new original music, arrangement of musical classics, and multimedia works. Leung is now focusing on music education, performance, and filmmaking. She is now a radio host at RTHK 4 "R4 Academy".
